Welcome to the Annual English Lavender and Crafts Festival at Mom-Mom's Lavender! Join us on June 6, 2026, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for a celebration of all thing's lavender and crafts. You do not need a reservation to attend. We will collect the fee for tickets when you arrive at the festival. We will collect payment while you are still in your car

This highly anticipated event brings together lavender enthusiasts, craft lovers, and nature enthusiasts from all around. We have partnered with Paws 4 the Cause in Lexington and one half of all fees goes to Paws for the Cause to help animal rescue. The fee to attend the festival is $12 per adult (16 and up), $7 per youth (6 to 15) and children under 6 are free.

We hold two lavender festivals each year, The first is our English Lavender Festival and the second is our French Lavender (lavandin) Festival. The English blooms first in early June and Lavandin blooms about 2 weeks later.

This is our first lavender festival in 2026 and our English lavender is truly special, English lavender has a kind of beauty that sneaks up on you—it’s gentle, but unforgettable. Let me paint the picture a bit.

1. Its Color Is Calm in Plant Form

English lavender carries that soft, dusty purple that feels like a deep breath. It’s not loud or flashy; it’s elegant. The kind of color that makes a garden feel instantly more peaceful.

2. The Scent Is Its Own Kind of Poetry

There’s a reason lavender is used in everything from perfumes to sleep sachets. The fragrance is clean, herbal, slightly sweet, and soothing. It’s the kind of scent that makes you slow down without even realizing it.

3. The Shape Has a Quiet Grace

The slender stems topped with tiny, clustered blossoms look almost like little purple candles. When a breeze moves through a lavender field, the whole thing ripples like water.

4. It Ages Beautifully

Fresh lavender is lovely, but dried lavender has its own charm—silvery, soft, and long-lasting. Few flowers stay beautiful after drying; lavender is one of the rare ones.

5. It Brings Life to a Space

Bees adore it. Butterflies visit it. Even a small lavender plant can make a garden feel more alive and balanced.

Lavender doesn’t demand attention; it earns it. A whisper of purple, a breath of calm, and suddenly the world feels softer.

During the festival, you'll have the chance to explore our lavender fields and witness the stunning purple blooms in full glory. Take a leisurely stroll through the fields, breathe in the calming aroma, and capture memorable photos amidst the picturesque scenery.

For those interested in crafts, our festival offers a wide range of handmade products created by local artisans. From lavender-infused candles and soaps to handcrafted jewelry and pottery, you'll find unique and exquisite items that showcase the creativity and talent of our artisans.

Throughout the festival, we also host interactive workshops and demonstrations where you can learn more about the art of lavender cultivation, crafting techniques, and the benefits of lavender in skincare and wellness. Our knowledgeable experts will be on hand to answer any questions and share their expertise.

Indulge your taste buds with our lavender-inspired culinary delights. From lavender-infused pastries and desserts to refreshing lavender lemonade, our festival offers a delectable array of food and beverages that will tantalize your senses.

Don't forget to visit our festival marketplace, where you can browse and purchase a wide selection of lavender products, including essential oils, body lotions, bath salts, and more. Take a piece of Mom-Mom's Lavender home with you and continue to enjoy the benefits of lavender long after the festival ends.
